Instant Pot Meatloaf was developed from a recipe given to me by my dear friend and coworker, Karen B. It’s our favorite meatloaf and helps to keep our trim going. The horseradish gives it a bit of zing without over doing it.
Strawberry Rhubarb sauce is a big favorite here. It’s a bright and cheery sauce which is great for pancakes or waffles topped with 0% Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries. It’s so easy to make this in the Instant Pot. You can use it as a sauce over the Simple Instant Pot Cheesecake.
When asparagus is in season we are happy campers! I purchase mine from a local farmer and you can’t beat how fresh it is – from farm to table! Lemon Asparagus Chicken is so tasty, easy and quick to fix. It’s a great Fuel Pull meal but you can take to the next level by adding brown rice or quinoa for an energizing E meal.
If you are like me you love using your Instant Pot in your Trim Healthy Mama journey. The Instant Pot is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, meal prep and desserts. Sounds crazy but I have actually found the need to have more than one Instant Pot. I have three favorites – the DUO80 8 quart 7 in 1, the DUO 60 6 quart 7 in 1, and the DUO60 Plus 60 9 in 1.
I love having a salad with my THM E meals but finding a salad dressing that fits this meal was nearly impossible. This dressing is so easy to make, it only takes a few minutes once your berries are thawed. It keeps in the refrigerator for at least a week, but it never lasts that long in our house!
A creamy soup made with a large head of fresh cauliflower. So what’s the secret to the best-tasting and creamiest cauliflower soup you’ve ever eaten? Under-cook some of the cauliflower—and overcook the rest. And it’s so easy to make and do in the Instant Pot!
I love sausage but it doesn’t always love me, plus I like to know what’s in my food. Most sausages often have a lot of fillers and are loaded with unhealthy fats, soy and sodium. By making your own simple sausage patty you have more control using higher quality ingredients.
I usually spend Friday making on plan treats for both my husband and I. He’s on plan about 75% – and I love that he goes with the flow. So today I will be making gummies, blueberry yogurt pops and the brainy blueberry muffin. I’m going to do a freezer jam for hubby as well.
I got these organic blueberries at my local farmers market. The vendor is so nice to me – she tops off my buckets – there were more but I ate some with my supper.
This is a great recipe for cooked chicken for entrees, soups and salads. They will work great in all meal types – S, E, or FP. They are also super handy for single serve meals and soups. My husband loves this chicken in the salad in a jar that I pack for his lunch. This recipe will work in either your Instant Pot or your slow cooker. But I just love the speed and flavors that I get using my Instant Pot.
