Instant Pot Sweet Corn

  • 6 ears sweet corn (husked and washed)
  1. Husk and wash corn, removing silk from the cobs using a Corn Brush and Vegetable Scrubber. Trim tops if needed to fit in the liner.
  2. Place 1 cup of water in the Instant Pot liner, add trivet, set in the Instant Pot.
  3. Place corn on the trivet in the liner. Put lid on the pot, lock and set to sealing. Select Manual, Pressure Cook or Steam; reduce time to 1 minute. When pot beeps quickly release the pressure
NOTE: The total cook time does not include the time it takes the post to come to pressure.
