Blueberry Frozen Greek Yogurt Popsicles (THM FP)

- 2 cups of Blueberries (or frozen at room temperature), divided
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of THM Super Sweet or 3 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons of THM Gentle Sweet
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla
- 2 cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- Place the 1 cup of blueberries in your Vitamix wet container. Add either THM Super Sweet or THM Gentle Sweet, lemon juice and vanilla.
- Blend until your blueberries are nicely pureed.
- Pour into bowl; add remaining blueberries, stir.
- Stir in yogurt and mix until combined.
