Blueberry Frozen Greek Yogurt Popsicles (THM FP)

  • 2 cups of Blueberries (or frozen at room temperature), divided
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of THM Super Sweet or 3 tablespoons + 2 teaspoons of THM Gentle Sweet
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla
  • 2 cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  1. Place the 1 cup of blueberries in your Vitamix wet container. Add either THM Super Sweet or THM Gentle Sweet, lemon juice and vanilla.
  2. Blend until your blueberries are nicely pureed.
  3. Pour into bowl; add remaining blueberries, stir.
  4. Stir in yogurt and mix until combined.
