  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with coconut oil spray.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add wet ingredients (egg white, applesauce, yogurt and vanilla); mix well.
  4. Add chopped apple and nuts and stir until combined.
  5. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
NOTES: Swerve can be substituted for the Laknato Monkfruit Sweetner in this recipe. You could also use 1 cup of THM Non-GMO Erythritol with 2 doonks of THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder.
